Mizuno Sportstyle MXR Snow White/Summer Sand/Henna

The MXR reflects our desire to share Mizuno’s retro-running experience from the 2000s, as an extension of the world-renowned Wave Rider 10. The name MXR comes from the Maximizer line, a running shoe line that has been offered for years in our national market to bring Mizuno quality to a wider audience. The MXR is an entry-level silhouette, but it remains true to the essence of Mizuno, with a high level of quality and technical features. Special attention has been paid to the new tooling, with a high level of detail and multiple rubber pieces that allow for technical color blocking. The version is a continuation of our premium feel, with a synthetic suede overlay and tonal normcore tones. The mesh is slightly narrower, to maintain a casual, transitional look. The design of this model has its origins in the Maximizer released in 2009, which was unearthed from Mizuno’s vast archives amidst the retro running shoe craze of the 2000s. We dubbed it the MXR “CASUAL” by using synthetic suede and two types of mesh combination.
