We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-end fashion purchases from hotspotclub.eu. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items under the following conditions.
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the day your package is delivered to request a return and dispatch the items back to our warehouse.
2. Strict Return Conditions
Because we carry luxury and premium apparel, items returned must pass a strict quality inspection to qualify for a refund:
- Unworn & Unwashed: Items must show no signs of wear, perfume/deodorant scents, makeup stains, or alterations.
- Security Tags Attached: If your item arrived with a hotspotclub.eu security tag or seal attached, it must remain completely intact. Items returned without the security tag will be rejected.
- Original Packaging & Accessories: Designer tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, and spare buttons must be included.
- Footwear: Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces. Designer shoe boxes must be packed inside a protective outer box. Do not tape shipping labels directly to shoe boxes.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, pierced jewelry, and custom-ordered items cannot be returned unless defective.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email our support team at support@hotspotclub.eu with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and the designated warehouse return address.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship the package using a tracked courier service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Unless the item sent was incorrect or defective, return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
- Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will cover the return shipping costs or arrange courier pickup.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is delivered to our fulfillment hub, our inspection team will verify its condition within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for banking institutions to reflect the credit.
